1 cup Muri (puffed rice)

½ cup Chanachur

¼ tsp black salt (can substitute with regular salt)

¼ cup boiled peas

3 - 4 finely chopped green Thai chilis (use less chilis if your spice tolerance is low)

1 tsp mustard oil (optional)

1 small finely chopped onion

1 small chopped tomato

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Prep your ingredients for assembly. Chop your tomato, onion and cilantro. In a pot, boil your peas and set aside.
